Therapy for people who want to understand what’s happening and try something different.
If you are navigating stress, trauma, health-related challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your body, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and try new ways of responding with support.
I’m Jenny MacQuarrie, and I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, honest, and grounded in your real-life experiences. Therapy can be challenging at times, but it can also be engaging, educational, and even enjoyable.
“An abnormal reaction to an abnormal situation is normal behavior.”
— Viktor Frankl, Man’s Search for Meaning
