Therapy for people who feel overwhelmed by life changes and want practical support moving forward.
Life doesn’t always change on our timeline. Sometimes a new stage of life, a loss, unexpected stress, trauma, or emotional exhaustion can leave you feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next. Therapy can help you slow things down, understand what you’re experiencing, and find practical ways to move forward one step at a time.
I’m Janice Harbin, and I believe change is possible for everyone. With more than 30 years of experience, I provide direct, supportive, and solution-focused therapy that helps clients better manage stress, understand their emotions, and build confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.
